PHOENIX (June 30, 2025) – CBRE has announced that Pat Boyle has returned to the firm's Phoenix office, specializing in landlord representation and working with both institutional and private owners of office buildings throughout Phoenix.

Boyle, who joins CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield as an executive vice president, brings extensive experience in leasing office properties on behalf of landlords across the Phoenix metro. Boyle is consistently recognized as a top landlord representative in the Phoenix office market. He is known for his market insight, client service and transactional expertise.

"We are thrilled to welcome Pat back into the CBRE fold," said Vanessa Williams, senior managing director and Arizona market leader. "Pat brings unmatched dedication and deep market insight to every client's deals. His expertise, coupled with our platform, is going to be transformational for his clients."

Since 2013, he has been involved in over 500 lease transactions, totaling more than 8.5 million square feet of office lease deals.

Besides his previous role as managing director at Cushman & Wakefield, Boyle began his career as an office researcher at CBRE in 2011 before partnering with Jerry Roberts as an office leasing broker in 2013. During his time in research, Boyle developed deep market knowledge and analytical skills that now are an integral part of his brokerage work.

"I am excited about the opportunity to return to CBRE and to work closely with the current talent that they have in their office division," said Boyle.  "While I enjoyed my time at Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE provides me with an opportunity to return to the place where my real estate career began, and I am excited for what the future has in store."

Boyle holds a bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and is actively involved in the industry through NAIOP, where he served as president of its Developing Leaders program in 2019.

Erin York will join Boyle at CBRE as an account manager, where she will provide direct support to the team’s clients. She has worked with Boyle since 2017 and was also previously at Cushman & Wakefield.
