Ryan Timpani, Nick Bialkowski join firm as Managing Director and Senior Associate
PHOENIX, Arizona – The Phoenix office of JLL today announced that leading office market brokers Ryan Timpani and Nick Bialkowski have joined the full-service commercial real estate firm as Managing Director and Senior Associate, respectively.
Timpani and Bialkowski will contribute to JLL’s expanding Phoenix office market coverage, focusing on large-scale office buildings throughout the Valley with a collective expertise that includes institutional landlord leasing, land development, investment and build-to-suits.

An 11-year industry veteran, Timpani joins JLL as Managing Director, specializing in the sale and leasing of office properties. Timpani is consistently recognized as a top five producer and is a multiple recipient of NAIOP Arizona’s Office Broker of the Year award. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Arizona State University, is an active member of NAIOP and a long-time supporter of Brokers for Kids.
Bialkowski joins JLL as a Senior Associate, bringing five years of industry experience and deep market knowledge as a member of a top-producing office team alongside Timpani. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Stetson University’s School of Business Administration and is also an active member of NAIOP and supporter of Brokers for Kids.
