PHOENIX, AZ – Lee & Associates Arizona is pleased to announce the promotion of Eric Stoppa to Associate. Eric will be joining Lee Arizona Principal Mark Linsalata in the representation of landlords and tenants, and handling the sales and leasing of industrial, aviation and flex properties in the Metropolitan Phoenix real estate market.
A licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent, Eric has spent the past 2 years working with the top-producing Coppola-Cheney Group at Lee, where he specialized in the representation of landlords and tenants in the leasing and sales of office properties. During Eric’s time on the team, The Coppola-Cheney Group completed over 200 transactions, totaling over $450 million in total consideration.
A graduate of W.A. Franke School of Business, Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Eric’s experience and education will add great value to the Lee Arizona office and The Linsalata Team. “Eric’s hard work and energy will be an incredible asset for us,” Linsalata says of the promotion.
Eric was a 2017 CCIM Scholarship Recipient, and is continuing his education by pursuing both CCIM and SIOR designations. He is also NAIOP Member who plays an active part in the NAIOP Developing Leaders Membership Committee.
