Lee & Associates Arizona is pleased to announce the promotion of Matt McDougall to Principal. Matt joined Lee as an Associate nearly three years ago and has garnered the respect of his peers as well as having achieved several sales benchmarks to achieve his promotion.
Matt’s extensive knowledge of the Phoenix industrial market is complemented through analysis and marketing skills involving tenant relocation, expansion, lease negotiations, market analysis and property marketing. These qualities, along with a strong work ethic, have enabled him to become a respected presence within the market.

Matt holds a finance degree with the University of Richmond, VA. He and his wife live in Scottsdale and have two children.
