Submarine Sandwich Chain Enters into Lease of 1,418 Square-Foot Restaurant Space on Scottsdale Road
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – LevRose Commercial Real Estate announced that Jersey Mike’s leased a 1,418-square-foot space in Old Town Scottsdale at 4020 N. Scottsdale Road.
LevRose Commercial Real Estate’s Danielle Davis represented the landlord during the lease transaction. Mike Leonard of Catalyst Commercial Group represented submarine sandwich chain Jersey Mike’s, the newest tenant joining 4020 N. Scottsdale Road.
“We are very excited to see Jersey Mike’s join the tenant mix in this space,” Davis said. “This is a great Old Town location for them due to its outstanding Scottsdale Road visibility and the abundance of tourists who visit the area, as well as the incredible residential, office and retail traffic.”
The 22,230-square-foot space also includes tenants such as Häagen-Daz’s first flagship store in the Valley.
