SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (Feb. 20, 2026) – LevRose Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the successful close of escrow on Ventura Gateway, a flagship, multi-tenant Scottsdale office building, located in McCormick Ranch at 8687 E. Via de Ventura.
