Scottsdale, Arizona -- Southern California based Lure Fish House is expanding to the State of Arizona with their first location in the popular Shops at Gainey Village. Velocity Retail Group’s Darren Pitts, Morgan Danhoff and Bret Olson are representing the tenant for their market launch. This is the fifth location for the popular restaurant.
Lure Fish House is a family owned restaurant that features the freshest sustainable seafood from trusted sources. Their goal is to provide their guests with a fun and exciting seafood experience full of healthy, environmentally sound, and delicious options. “Lure is an exceptional concept that will be warmly welcomed into the Phoenix Metro area as the seafood category is somewhat underserved here in the desert,” said Darren Pitts, Executive Vice President at Velocity Retail Group. “We are looking for additional locations in several trade areas throughout the Valley.”
