MARANA, ARIZONA: The Dollar General at 12355 North Trico Road in Marana sold as an investment for $1.955 million ($218 PSF) to an Oregon investor, Tumalo Farms I, LLC, Kris Olsen, manager.
The property sold at a 5.6% cap rate.
The 8,980 square foot discount store was built in 2014 on an acre of land is located at the southwest corner of Trico and El Tiro Roads in northern Marana.
