GILBERT, Ariz. – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Comprehensive Integrated Care, a 15,286-square-foot net-leased property located in Gilbert, Arizona.

According to Ryan Sarbinoff, regional manager of the firm’s Phoenix office, the asset sold for $9,145,000 ($598 PSF).

Chris Lind, Mark Ruble and Alan B. Laulainen, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was procured by Lind and Ruble.

Built in 2000 and renovated in 2021, Comprehensive Integrated Care is located at 838 West Elliot Road in Gilbert, Arizona. Down the road from Mesa Grand Shopping Center and Shoppes at Gilbert Commons, including major retailers like Walmart, AMC Theater, Kohl’s HomeGoods and Staples. The property is easily accessible to 409,595 residents with an average household income exceeding $116,000 within a five-mile radius in the growing Gilbert trade area.
