According to Ryan Sarbinoff, regional manager of the firm’s Phoenix office, the asset sold for $1,852,000. ($142.500 per unit).

The buyer, a partnership, was procured by Bay. Pueblo De Rosa is located at 3012 North 40th Street in Phoenix, Arizona.
