TUCSON, Arizona, December 9, 2022 – Mattamy Homes purchased 242 SFR lots at Dove Mountain for $11,687,441 ($48,295 per platted lot) in the Saguaro Reserve subdivision.
Lot sizes are a mixture of 45’, 55’ and 65’ wide lots. The transactions closed December 2, 2022.
“Mattamy Homes made another major commitment to building at Dove Mountain,” said Carson Mehl with Cottonwood Properties. “The Dove Mountain resort community is where Mattamy chose to build their first homes within the United States and it continues to be a great place for their continued investment.”

Dove Mountain shares more than 10 miles of border with natural preserve and Arizona State Trust land, and the open space within Dove Mountain extends beyond its borders with more than three square miles of natural open spaces woven through the luxury community.
Cottonwood Properties (David Mehl, CEO) was the seller, with 38 of the lots donated to Pusch Ridge Christian Academy prior to being sold to Mattamy.
