An 11,259-square-foot medical office suite in Scottsdale was leased by Willow Rebloom.
Tempe, AZ (August 19, 2024) –Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate successfully represented both the landlord and tenant in leasing the Medical Collaborative at Pima Center. Willow Rebloom will occupy the 11,259-square-foot medical office space, which will open in early 2025 and provide rehabilitative health services for pregnant and postpartum women.
Medical Collaborative at Pima Center is now fully leased with the new tenant. The single-story medical office building is located within an opportunity zone at 8454 N. 90th St. in Scottsdale, Ariz.
