TUCSON, ARIZONA July 19, 2023 – CWPS Corp. purchased 1.38 acres at 9583 W Tangerine Road at Tangerine Commerce Park in Marana for $1.54 million. CWPS plans to construct a Mister Car Wash on the site.
The transaction closed on July 12, 2023.
The seller, Tangerine/I-10, LLC (David Mehl, member) was represented by Ben Craney and Gordon Wagner with NAI Horizon, and Aaron LaPrise with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the buyer in the transaction.
This is the second site in the Marana purchased recently for a Mister Car Wash site. On June 29th the CWPS Corp. closed on a 2.02-acre site at Marana Center II, a site adjacent to the QuikTrip at Twin Peaks and Marana Center Boulevard, for $2,331,176 ($26.52 PSF).
The seller for this site was 5GK Development (David W Hail, partner).
