Scottsdale developer working with Portico on leasing Arizona build-to-rent projects
Scottsdale, Ariz. – MODERNE Communities has signed Portico Property Management to oversee leasing and property management of the development company’s Arizona single-family rental communities. MODERNE Communities is currently under construction on two communities in Arizona: MODERNE at Rocking K in Vail, Ariz. and MODERNE at Roosevelt in Tolleson. Pre-leasing of homes is targeted to begin in early 2023.

MODERNE at Rocking K is located within the master-planned community at the foot of the Rincon Mountains near Saguaro National Park, and it is the only build-to-rent neighborhood within the Vail masterplan. MODERNE at Rocking K will include 224 single-story, single-family homes situated 17.1 acres.
MODERNE at Roosevelt will offer 185 single-family homes located at northeast corner of 97th Avenue and Pierce Street in Tolleson. The community will include a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units for rent, ranging from approximately 640 to 1,225 square feet.
The build-to-rent neighborhoods will both be gated and have designated resort-style pool, spa barbecue area and community fitness center, pocket parks and electric car charging stations.
