Located at the southwest corner of Prince Road and Mountain Avenue, the buyer purchased it for expansion space to Outlet Electrical Supply at 1258 E Prince Road.
The 4,675 square-foot building (built 1982) has four suites: two offices and two warehouse spaces with 4 grade level doors and sits on a .41 acre lot.
The buyer, Elizabeth Floyd, is an owner of Outlet Electrical Supply and plans to use one of the warehouse spaces for extra storage, while continuing to lease the remaining three spaces that were all occupied by tenants at time of sale.
