SAHUARITA, AZ (February 2, 2024) – The Pacific Southwest District of the Wesleyan Church purchased the former Air and Space Academy building at 730 W Calle Arroyo Sur in Sahuarita for a new ministry facility of MyChurch Sahuarita, Dustin Farmer, Pastor.
The former Air and Space Academy has been vacant for several years. A 19,114-square-foot building on .67 acres was constructed in 2011.
The property sold for $2.35 million ($123 PSF) and closed on January 4, 2024.
Why is it called MyChurch? According to the website, because it’s easy to invite someone when all you have to say is, “Come with me to MY CHURCH this Sunday!”
