PHOENIX, ARIZONA (July 29, 2024) – NAI Horizon agents facilitated a trio of recent deals totaling $9.78 million. They included two retail properties for a total of $7.43 million and a mobile home park for $2.35 million.

Sales Transactions:

Lane Neville, Cole Neville, Brandon Hall, Whitney Heritage and Matt Westra negotiated the sale of a 13,250 SF retail building for $4.58 million representing the seller, Serrano Family Limited Partnership. The property is located at 141 S. Arizona Ave., Chandler, AZ. The buyer, JAM Management, LLC was represented by Peter Sciacca with Launch Real Estate.

Lance Sherwood negotiated the sale of a 9,358 SF retail building for $2.85 million representing the buyer, 500 Gilbert, LLC. The property is located at 500 S. Gilbert Road, Gilbert, AZ. The seller, Angel Day Care, LLC was represented by Matthew Leonard, Jeff Tricco and Dawn Werley with LevRose Commercial Real Estate.

Andrew Warner negotiated the sale of a mobile home park for $2.35 million representing the seller, Cecil C. Chesser. The property is located at 6308 S. Nogales Highway, Tucson, AZ. The buyer, DT97 Desert Retreat, LLC was self-represented.

Lease Transactions:

Jeffrey Garza Walker represented both the landlord, CPLC Pickle House, LLC and the tenant, Archwood Community Resource Empowerment Strategy in a 132-month retail lease for 13,107 SF at 1401 E. Van Buren St., Phoenix, AZ.

Dylan Whitwer and Don Morrow represented the landlord, FFEC Wealth Partners, LLC in a 36-month office sub-lease for 12,150 SF at 7047 E. Greenway Parkway, Scottsdale, AZ. The tenant, Cogir Management USA, Inc. was represented by Amy Trott with CBRE.

 Don Morrow and Dylan Whitwer represented both the landlord, Southwest Commercial Property, LLC and the tenant, Del Rio Center, in a 62-month office lease for 2,572 SF at 1990 W. Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ.

Matt Harper, CCIM represented the landlord, ECC Holdings, LLC in a 120-month retail lease for 1,707 SF at 9021 W. Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ. The tenant, Fred Loya Insurance Agency, Inc. was represented by Lizette Borbon & Carl Jones with DeRito Partners.

Thomas Bean, CCIM represented the landlord, La Costa Place, LLC in a 12-month office renewal for 8,756 SF at 4131 N. 24th St., Phoenix, AZ. The tenant, NOAH, was self-represented.

Jay Mininberg, JD, represented the landlord, ZHENG FENG QING and CHEN GUOWEN 50-month retail lease for a 1,277 SF second generation restaurant property at 719 E. Roosevelt St., Phoenix, AZ. The tenant, Big Bacons, LLC was self-represented.

Matt Harper, CCIM represented the tenant, Icon Mechanical, LLC in a 36-month industrial renewal for 4,508 SF at 3673 S. Bullard Ave., Goodyear, AZ. The landlord, Pegasus West Valley South Owner, LLC was represented by Scott Wiley with Citywide Commercial Real Estate.

Jeff Adams represented the tenant, Scottsdale Pain Rehabilitation & Wellness PLLC in a 36-month medical building lease for 1,076 SF at 8406 E. Shea Blvd., Scottsdale, AZ. The landlord, Bayview Holdings, LLC was represented by Jonathan Rigau and John Rigau (Sr.) with Terrafirma Management & Brokerage.

Dylan Whitwer and Don Morrow represented the landlord, Blessed 777 in a 60-month office lease for 637 SF at 8828 N. Central Ave., Phoenix, AZ. The tenant, Windtberg Law PLC was self-represented.

Don Morrow and Dylan Whitwer represented both the landlord, Southwest Commercial Property, LLC and tenant, Del Rio Center in a 62-month office lease for 918 SF at 1990 W. Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ.

Matt Harper, CCIM represented the landlord, MAZ Northern Plaza, LLC in a 39-month retail lease for 1,650 SF at 5008 W. Northern Ave., Glendale, AZ. The tenant, Wallcar Games, LLC, was represented by Parker Dunn with Lee & Associates.

Whitney Heritage represented the tenant, USA Pickleball Association, in a 24-month industrial lease for 1,440 SF at 625 S. Smith Road, Tempe, AZ. The landlord, Fifth Street Commerce Center, LLC was represented by Cory Breinholt with Commercial Properties, Inc.

Thomas Bean, CCIM and Matt Harper, CCIM represented the landlord, El Divine Oasis in a 12-month office lease for 1,541 SF at 2715 W. Northern Ave., Phoenix, AZ. The tenant, SoCal Health was represented by Cristina Lopez with Weichert-Rattler.
