NAI Horizon is proud to announce that Denise Nunez has joined the Company as Principal and Senior Vice President specializing in the representation of buyers and sellers of self-storage investments in the Southwest market.
Denise brings more than 23 years of experience in the self-storage industry, serving as President of MiniCo Publishing, Publisher of Mini-Storage Messenger magazine and its affiliated publications, and as Editor-In-Chief for the Self Storage Almanac. Since entering the self-storage investment field in 2010, Denise has rapidly risen to the top of her profession. In 2014 alone, she was involved in the sale of 20 self-storage investment transactions totaling $43 million.
Nunez has served continuously on the Arizona Self Storage Association Board of Directors for fourteen years, two years as Vice President. She now serves on the Corporate Board of Directors for The Boys & Girls Clubs of the East Valley, and is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science Business Administration degree.
Her past experience includes asset management, fundraising, strategic planning and new product development for mid-size companies, including Friess Associates, Petros Capital and VPI Companies.
