PHOENIX, ARIZONA (Feb. 19, 2024) – NAI Horizon has bolstered its retail practice by hiring Leah Motsinger as Senior Associate.
Motsinger specializes in retail leasing and sales and will work with NAI Horizon Managing Director | Retail, Matt Harper, CCIM. She has a multifaceted skill set and depth of knowledge working with both landlords and tenants. She will provide both landlord and tenant representation and be responsible for transaction management and developing new business relationships.
Motsinger has almost 30 years of experience in managing and leasing all types of commercial properties, with extensive experience in retail, industrial, and office buildings. She has served as a commercial property manager with several prominent firms in the Valley and as a commercial portfolio director.
She has extensive experience in lease administration, lease negotiations, property operations, financial oversight, due diligence for property acquisitions and dispositions, and client relations. During her career she has worked with both institutional and private clients and successfully completed thousands of lease renewal transactions on behalf of her landlord clients.
Her notable completed lease transactions include Starbucks, Pei Wei, Rubio’s, O’Reilly Auto Parts, UPS Store, Thomas Reprographics, Fox Restaurant Concepts, Pita Jungle, and others.

A native of Klamath Falls, Oregon, Motsinger has held an Arizona real estate salesperson’s license since 1997 and obtained her Arizona Broker’s license in 2023. Away from the office she enjoys camping, artistic painting, jewelry making, and spending time with her family.
