PHOENIX, ARIZ. (Nov. 15, 2024) – NAI Horizon represented the seller in the $11 million disposition of an industrial building that the City of Peoria will utilize as a training facility for its police officers and a storage facility for its tactical vehicles.

NAI Horizon Executive Managing Director Jeffrey Garza Walker, MRED, MBA, represented Glez C Properties, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, in the sale of a Class B industrial warehouse at 10857 N. 95th Ave., in Peoria, Arizona. The buyer was the City of Peoria, an Arizona municipal corporation.

Garza Walker previously represented the seller, then the buyer, in a deal for the 81,060-square-foot warehouse and manufacturing building that was built in 2005. The asset enjoys a prime location with strong curb appeal and exceptional freeway access.

“It’s been exciting to facilitate a valuable asset that the City of Peoria can utilize for law enforcement, while allowing the seller to reinvest earnings into another income-producing property,” Garza Walker said.
