PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- NAI Horizon represented the tenant in a long-term lease for the manufacturer of wooden doors and related products at West Valley Logistics Center, 12000 N. 132nd Ave., in Surprise, Arizona.

NAI Horizon Senior Vice President Isy Sonabend represented Pima Door & Supply, Inc., of Surprise, in the lease totaling $1.326 million. The tenant will occupy 47,315-square-feet of the logistics center that totals 418,651-square-feet.

Pima Door & Supply, Inc. was founded in 1987 and has provided quality service and materials to both contractors and builders in the Valley. It sells doors, windows, jambs, trim products and door hardware.

“Pima Door & Supply is upgrading its manufacturing plant as its sales continue on an upward trajectory,” Sonabend said. “The efficiencies built into this location will enable Pima Door & Supply to boost production while delivering the quality products as they have for more than 30 years.”

Built in 2013, West Valley Logistics Center has 32-foot clear height, 38 dock high doors and four ramp-to-grade doors. It features ESFR sprinklers, skylights and full

concrete truck courts. It has trailer parking and easy access to Loop 303 via a full diamond interchange at Cactus Road.

The landlord, Mazal Realty ADA Compliant LP of Westmount, Quebec, Canada, was represented by Bill Honsaker of JLL.
