TUCSON, AZ (November 13, 2024) -- NAI Horizon reports several recent sales.

The first transaction, 660 Valencia, LLC, purchased the 3,630-square-foot building at 660 W. Valencia Road for $690,000 ($190 PSF). Built in 1990, the building was owned and occupied by Goldberg & Osborne before closing this office. The buyer is with Lerner & Rowe Personal Injury Attorneys, who plans to owner-occupy it.

The transaction closed on October 16, 2024.

Michael Gross with Tucson Realty & Trust Company represented the seller, and Scott Soelter with NAI Horizon represented the buyer.

The second transaction, 880 E Benson Hwy, LLC, purchased the former gas station at 880 E. Benson Highway for $415,000 ($13.17 PSF), the land value for the 31,500-square-foot lot.

The transaction closed on October 25, 2024.

Gordon Wagner and Ben Craney with NAI Horizon represented the seller, and Jason Oxios with Southwest Urban Realty, LLC represented the buyer in this transaction.
