PHOENIX, ARIZ. (April 29, 2024) – NAI Horizon represented the landlord in long-term leases for a pair of users, an auto resale company, and an auto repossession firm. The site at 4124 N. 6th Drive, in Phoenix, is a 3,600 SF industrial/retail building on a small lot and a second lot totaling 1.3 acres of completely fenced land.
NAI Horizon First Vice President Troy Giammarco and Vice President Joe Pequeno represented F&R 7th Ave Properties of Los Angeles in the building lease. The tenant is Auto Partners LLC of Phoenix. NAI Horizon represented the same landlord in the land lease. The tenant is Select Asset Recovery Group LLC.
“It’s rare to find two adjacent properties with the physical characteristics of these two,” Giammarco said. “We had been working with tenant representative on another deal on a piece of land which fell through. From start to finish, the deals were turned around in 2 1/2 weeks. The new tenants already had possession of the property.”
The industrial/retail property was built in 1964 and is centrally located between uptown and midtown Phoenix.
