PHOENIX, ARIZONA (March 2, 2023) – Buoyed by a myriad of sought-after asset classes despite talk of a recession, the success of NAI Horizon’s 2022 Top Producers is evidence that the strength of the Metro Phoenix commercial real estate market continues to flourish and show resiliency.
NAI Horizon professionals excelled in selling and leasing industrial, office/medical office, land, retail, and self-storage. Property management professionals were responsible for 1.5 million square feet of industrial, office, and retail properties.

Managing Director Matt Harper, CCIM, a retail expert, finished second among NAI Horizon’s Top 10 Producers. Harper finished 2022 with an impressive total of 91 total transactions, tops for the Phoenix office.
