PHOENIX, AZ – NAIOP Arizona named Bob Hubbard of LBA Realty as its Chairman for 2016. The commercial real estate industry group also named its new officers, five new board members and re-nominated an existing board member.

Hubbard, Vice President at LBA, will be joined by officers Larry Probuba, Vice Chairman, The Opus Group; Matt Mooney, Programs Chair, Parkway Properties; Tammy Carr, Treasurer, Mortenson Construction; and Andrew Cheney, Secretary, Lee & Associates Arizona.

New board members are Bryon Carney, Cushman & Wakefield; Keith Earnest, VanTrust Real Estate; Tom Jarvis, Willmeng Construction; Danny Swancey, ViaWest Group; and Jim Wentworth Jr., Wentworth Property Company. Chuck Vogel of VEREIT Inc. was re-nominated to the board. Officers serve a 1-year term; new board members serve a 3-year term.

“We are optimistic about another great year of NAIOP events and advocacy in the Arizona market,” Hubbard said. “We also look forward to working with local

professionals and Arizona State University’s MRED program to expand educational offerings for our members.”

Tom Johnston of Savills Studley served as the 2015 chairman and will remain on the Executive Committee.
