MARANA, ARIZONA -- 7575 W Twin Peaks Road (Lot 1 of Twin Peaks Plaza) a net- leased property sold for $4 million ($263.50 PSF). The property garnered multiple offers and sold as a cash transaction to a family trust in Marana.

Build in 2006 on 1.5 acres, by CJR at Twin Peaks, LLC (Christopher Heinfeld, manager) this is the 3rd property sold at Twin Peaks Plaza. The last remaining parcel, lot 4,  is an Out Parcel to Twin Peaks Plaza.

7575 W Twin Peaks Road was 100% occupied and includes Proactive Physical Therapy , Hotworx, Twin Peaks Pizzeria, Goodwill, Arizona Youth Partnership and an administrative office for Spring Church.
