TUCSON, ARIZONA – Las Vegas based TAC13 Investments LLC, an affiliate of Nevada Cooler Pad and Air Filter, purchased a 17,360-square-foot industrial building at 3512 and 3520 S. Dodge Blvd. in Tucson to owner occupy.
The free-standing, light manufacturing, flex building was purchased from Gerald A. and Irma Schuchardt for $1.352 million ($78 PSF). It had been previously owner occupied as a print shop dba Unicom Grafix Inc by the seller.
Nevada Cooler Pad and Air Filter merged under the same ownership in 2018 after more than 27 years apart. Together the company combined more than 125 years of service experience for added value to customers.
Under this corporate umbrella, customers have access to the following:
- AFS&S, Las Vegas’s premier air filtration supplier and service company.
- Nevada Cooler Pad, the evaporative cooling distribution leader in Las Vegas.
- Zephyr Filtration Products, a newly formed company, focused on the development of air and water filtration products for the HVAC residential and commercial markets.
