TUCSON - The Waterfall Group has been selected by ZFI Holdings, LLC and Iridius Capital to handle leasing responsibilities for One South Church in Tucson, Arizona.
Daniel Wesson will be the leasing advisor for the project. One South Church, Tucson’s tallest building at 23 stories, offers Class A office space, as well as ground floor retail space along Broadway and Congress. The building features a dramatic three-story lobby, with granite flooring and walls, panoramic views of the city, over 495 secure underground parking spaces, 24 hour security and on-site management, all in the heart of Downtown Tucson. The property is situated between four Modern Streetcar stops, one at each corner of the property, allowing for easy access to and from a wide array of amenities (including retail, restaurants, banking, hotels, entertainment and government services).
Zach Fenton of ZFI Holdings, LLC and his partner Iridius Capital recently purchased the property for $32 million and will be spending millions more to upgrade the lobby areas and mechanical systems. “We really look forward to working with Zach on leasing up the available space” said Wesson.
