Tucson, Arizona, August 7, 2023 – DSW Commercial Real Estate a leading development, investment, and property management firm announced the acquisition of 3.81 acres of vacant land at 4957 W Cortaro Farms Rd for $900,000.
This is the 4th site DSW Commercial Real Estate adds to their La Vida build-for-rent townhome communities portfolio.

DSW Commercial Real Estate has a total of three sites under development for a total of 102 units. They are planning on building 40 units at this site, and it will be called La Vida at Sandy Desert Trail.
