Family Feud 3 up The No Boring Year in Review for the Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter was held December 8th. This year’s attendees played Feud for Commercial Realtors, based on the TV game show Family Feud, with George Larsen in the role of game show host and audience warm-up man in a review of 2015.

The 2016 CCIM officers were also installed at this meeting:
Greg Boccardo, CCIM, was installed as new President. Boccardo is Designated Broker of Boccardo Realty;
Brandon Rodgers, CCIM, Past President and Principal with Cushman & Wakefield | Picor Commercial Real Estate;
Melissa Lal, CCIM, Vice President, is with Larsen Baker
Jane Holder, CCIM, Treasurer, is with Realty Executives Tucson Elite.

The past president 2014, James Robertson, awarded the 2015 president, Brandon Rodgers, with a plaque of appreciation.

Also thanked in appreciation were the Directors of the 2015 CCIM of Southern Arizona Chapter:

Then the fun began with eight teams competing to show off their knowledge of the real estate transactions of 2015. Team CBRE ‘Frat Boys’, Team Picor ‘Pedantics’, ULI/Eller College/CCIM Candidates “C Students”, Team Geezers, Team Scrooge McDuck, Team Stoners, Team Title Hobos, and Team Volk ‘Velocoraptors’.
