The buyer plans to occupy building A and lease the other 1,581-square-foot building that has three offices and a waiting area. The third office has an atrium in it with a skylight. There is a large storage container in the rear of the parking lot and 5 covered parking spaces.

In a separate transaction, Tony Reed and Kelly Doty with Long Realty represented the seller, Earthworks, LLC (George Villec, Manager) on the sale of an industrial building at 2140 E Winsett Street in Tucson for $300,000 ($200 PSF).
The property had been occupied by seller dba Geo Innovations, a solar installation company. Built in 2006, the 1,500-square-foot building on a 5,633-square-foot fenced lot the seller had installed solar panels to made the building fully functional off the power grid.
The buyer, a married couple from Tucson, was represented by Patrick Teske with Tierra Antigua.
