STAR DISTRIBUTING CLOSES TUCSON STORE
Star Distributing, an auto parts distributor has closed its Tucson location at 107 E 6th Street and will consolidate operations in its Phoenix and Mesa stores. King Warehouse (Ron Schwabe and Michael Kasser, members) purchased the 10,824-square-feet warehouse for $676,000 ($62.45 PSF). The property sits at the corner of 7th Avenue and 6th Street in downtown Tucson on a 24,394-square-foot lot. The seller was CJK Family, LLP (Charles King, trustee). The property is now available for lease by Schwabe’s company, Peach Properties of Tucson.

In May, the company purchased the 14,730-square-feet industrial building on 1.21 acres for $595,000 ($40 PSF) in an REO sale from Commerce Bank of Arizona. A local success story, Victory Motorcycles is known worldwide for its ‘American-made Police Motorcycles’.
