Star Distributing, an auto parts distributor has closed its Tucson location at 107 E 6th Street and will consolidate operations in its Phoenix and Mesa stores. King Warehouse (Ron Schwabe and Michael Kasser, members) purchased the 10,824-square-feet warehouse for $676,000 ($62.45 PSF). The property sits at the corner of 7th Avenue and 6th Street in downtown Tucson on a 24,394-square-foot lot. The seller was CJK Family, LLP (Charles King, trustee). The property is now available for lease by Schwabe’s company, Peach Properties of Tucson.

VICTORY MOTORCYCLES OPENS IN ‘BIGGER & BETTER’ LOCATION
Tucson-based, Victory Police Motorcyles (Nita Buckner) have moved from 1102 N Anita Ave their new ‘bigger and better’ location at 1410 S Alvernon Way in Tucson (south of 22nd Street). In May, the company purchased the 14,730-square-feet industrial building on 1.21 acres for $595,000 ($40 PSF) in an REO sale from Commerce Bank of Arizona. A local success story, Victory Motorcycles is known worldwide for its ‘American-made Police Motorcycles’. Brandon Rodgers, CCIM, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | Picor, represented the bank and Pat Connor with Carter Capital Realty & Investments, LLC represented the buyer in the transaction. MONROE, MCDONIGH, GOLDSCHMIDT & MOLLA LAW FIRM SEPARATES
Real Estate Law firm, Monroe, McDonough, Goldschmidt & Molla approached the end of its office lease at 4578 N 1st Avenue on November 1st, combined with the retirement of both Mike Monroe after 47 years as an attorney and Negatu Molla after 40 years as an attorney, the remaining attorneys have agreed to reorganize into three separate specialized law firms, each in their own new office location. Even though they will be separate in their respective legal practices, all the attorneys will carry on working with and cooperating with one another in overlapping areas of the law.

Monroe, McDonough, Brent & Morales, PLLC have leased a 1,702-square-feet office at 2500 N. Tucson Blvd., Suite 140 in Tucson. Although retiring, Mike Monroe will continue to have his name at the new firm. Attorneys Larry McDonough, Heidi Rib Brent and Anne Morales, together with their staff, will continue their practice of real estate law, probate and estate planning, business law and litigation related to those areas. The landlord, a joint venture between AEH Investors IV and PMH Investors IV, was represented by David Montijo and Jeff Casper with CBRE’s Tucson. The tenant was represented by Mark Hayes with Tierra Antigua Realty, LLC.

GOLDSCHMIDT SHUPE, PLLC NOW OPEN ON ORACLE ROAD
Goldschmidt Shupe, PLLC has opened its office at 6700 N. Oracle Road, Suite 240, in Tucson. Attorneys Carolyn Goldschmidt and Mike Shupe, together with their staff, will continue their practice in all areas of homeowners association law, assessment collection and related litigation, as well as general real estate law.

BURRIS & MACOMBER, PLLC OPEN AT HACIENDA DEL SOL
Burris & MacOmber, PLLC purchased an office condominium at 2478 E. River Road in Tucson from Willmeng Homes’ affiliate, WHPPSP, LLC for $418,950 ($225 PSF). Attorneys Rob Burris, Richard Burris and Karl MacOmber, together with their staff, will continue their law practice focused on business and real estate litigation and transactional matters, international law, estate planning and personal injury.
