TUCSON, AZ (September 17, 2024) - Optima Medical Group will occupy the medical building at 2171 W Orange Grove Road in La Naranja Medical Center in Tucson, having purchased it for $1.8 million ($357 PSF). The asset sold on August 19, 2024.
Optima Medical Group provides experienced general practitioners and a family medicine team specializing in primary care services to prevent and manage chronic diseases, common illnesses, and injuries.
It is located across from Northwest Medical Center in Northwest Tucson at the southwest corner of Orange Grove and La Cholla Blvd. It was built as a medical office, with a lobby, reception area, fully functional cath lab/operating areas, post/pre-op offices, break room, and utility room formerly occupied by Modern Vascular.
Near many amenities, including the Uptown redevelopment of the Foothills Mall.
