TUCSON, ARIZONA -- NAI Horizon handled the sale of 8500 E. Old Vail Road consisting of a fully improved 5.08 acres for $750,000. The property was formerly used for Garden Gate Nursery by the seller. It is fenced and has a 1,863-square-foot building (built 1999) and a mobile office on the property.
The transaction was handled by Gordon Wagner and David Blanchette, CCIM, of NAI Horizon for the seller. The buyer, Ivan Atanssov, occupied the property for several months prior to closing. The buyer’s business, Optimum, Inc. of Bloomington, California will be using the property as their local headquarters.
