Business Park Condos at 90th St & Bahia, Scottsdale, AZ

SCOTTSDALE, Arizona – Located off of the Loop 101 and Bell Road in Scottsdale, 90th & Bahia Business Park Condos #105 sold for $285,000 ($137 PSF). The flex/industrial buildings are crafted of newer, appealing construction, with a professional feel; this specific condo came with a roll-up door. The property is next to the new Bahia development; this Live Work Play concept that broke ground mid-2015 is central to the Bahia 101 - a three-story, new class-A build, contemporary office building situated on a 2.5-acres site.

Nick Miner, CCIM, Senior Vice President, at ORION Investment Real Estate exclusively represented the Buyer and Seller. Miner noted, "This was the last asset owned by the Seller. The complication on this was there was a tenant that we had to have vacate the property, prior to the closing."

The Seller was OMF Holdings, LLC and individual Buyer Charles Comolli, Jr. purchased the condo.
