
TUCSON, ARIZONA (Aug. 19, 2026) — An 82,754-square-foot industrial building at 6270 S. Country Club Road in Tucson sold for $4.5 million in an owner-user transaction.
Country Club Holdings LLC acquired the 3.42-acre property from Westmed Inc. for approximately $54.38 per square foot. The sale closed July 31, 2026.
Built in 1979, the manufacturing and distribution facility includes seven dock-high doors, three grade-level roll-up doors, fenced yard space, heavy power, and clear heights ranging from approximately 12 to 21 feet. The building is fully A/C cooled and equipped with sprinklers. The property also includes additional land.
The buyer plans to occupy approximately half of the building for PMS Suspension and lease the remaining portion, according to information reported to Real Estate Daily News.

Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR also had a long history with the property prior to the sale. Steve Cohen and Paul Hooker had handled the building's leasing assignment for many years, giving the firm longstanding familiarity with the property and the South Tucson industrial submarket.
Located near Country Club Road and Valencia Road, the property is in Tucson’s South industrial submarket with convenient access to Interstate 10, Tucson International Airport and the region’s major employment and distribution corridors.
