Family-Owned MultiFamily Real Estate Firm Brings HR Veteran Erin O’Clair On Board
PHOENIX, Arizona – P.B. Bell, a leader in multifamily housing development, management and acquisitions, recently added Erin O’Clair, a 15-year HR veteran, to its growing team as their director of human resources.
In her new role, O’Clair is responsible for executing the full scope of human resources activities, including development and training, policy and procedures, employee relations, benefits and compensation, and positively impacting organizational culture and growth.

O’Clair’s previously HR experience includes representing hospitality, healthcare and business consulting firms. Her professional background and expertise include performance management, talent development, training, employee relations, performance management, and the construction and management of employee benefits. O’Clair graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in finance and business management from the University of Arizona, and an MBA from Ottawa University.
O’Clair recently relocated from San Diego, CA – along with her husband and son - to accept her new role with P.B. Bell. She brings an employee-focused approach that will help drive positive advancements in team culture and personal growth.
