COLLIERS INTERNATIONAL HIRES SENIOR ASSOCIATE IN NATIONAL INVESTMENTS SECTOR
PHOENIX, AZ – Colliers International in Greater Phoenix recently hired Norah Brennan as a senior associate in the area of national institutional investment sales and single tenant net leased assets.
Brennan has worked in commercial real estate for four years, three of those years with Colliers International’s Sacramento office. Her transactions totalled more than $65 million last year. She secured a 42,000-square-foot office lease and assisted a client expand into multiple national markets.
Brennan will work with Tivon Moffitt, vice president, and Peter Bauman, associate vice president. The team completed more than $150 million in investment sales in 2014. Its pipeline consists of more than $50 million of available properties.
“Norah is poised, professional and determined. We know she will be successful in transitioning to our investment sales team,” Bauman said.
Brennan’s background in sales and hard money lending, coupled with her strong network, make her an invaluable asset to Moffitt and Bauman.

In California, Brennan was active in SARTA (Sacramento Regional Technology Alliance) and Metro EDGE, the young professional branch of the Sacramento Metro Chamber. She also was an ambassador with the Roseville Chamber where she served on the marketing committee for its largest annual fundraiser.
Brennan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Chico.

ROSIE KELLER JOINS CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD AS PORTFOLIO MANAGER
PHOENIX, AZ – Rosie Keller has joined the Corporate Occupier & Investor Services Division of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. as Portfolio Manager.
Keller joins Cushman & Wakefield after 15 years at Ryan Companies, where she began her career in the construction and development departments. Her background includes experience as a property manager and senior property manager.
Keller has managed an average of 2 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space in Phoenix, and 500,000 SF in San Francisco and Washington, D.C. Her clients have ranged from institutional (Mitsubishi Estate, Rockefeller Group Investment Management, and Sumitomo Corporation of America) to high-net worth individuals (Ryan Funds). Keller worked with Sumitomo to develop/implement a commercial real estate management platform for 2.1 MSF of Class A office product from San Francisco (123 Mission) to Miami (Miami Center).
Keller will be responsible for managing Cushman & Wakefield’s office and retail property management portfolio. She will work alongside Patti Farina, Director, who has been instrumental in growing Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial property management division to more than 12 MSF, the largest industrial management portfolio in Arizona.

LGE DESIGN BUILD APPOINT SWEN ANDERSON VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
PHOENIX, AZ– LGE Design Build has hired Swen Anderson to serve as vice president of business development to grow the company’s relationships with current and potential clients, economic development officials and industry leaders.
Anderson also will cultivate projects in existing sectors such as healthcare, industrial/warehouse, office, medical, education restaurant and retail while helping LGE expand in the marketplace.
“Business development is a new position at LGE Design Build,” said Dave Sellers, LGE Design Build’s president. “Swen is the perfect leader for the role as he brings extensive commercial real estate experience in overseeing construction projects as a real estate development vice president and a construction superintendent. He understands our clients’ needs.”
During his 13 years in the real estate industry, Anderson has successfully managed the construction and development of more than $150 million in residential and commercial assets. He has been directly responsible for the sourcing and underwriting of more than $30 million, including debt and equity structures. In addition, he has created and implemented strategic plans to expand market share, streamline operations and improve market impact.
Anderson was previously vice present of business planning and real estate development at Skyline Education where he worked with LGE from the perspective of a client. In 2012, LGE constructed Skyline Education’s $7 million Skyline Prep High School in Phoenix.

Anderson served in the United States Marine Corps and earned a Master of Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business.
Anderson is involved with ASU’s Master of Real Estate Development Alumni organization as well as NAIOP, Valley Partnership and Arizona Builder’s Exchange.
