The following Phoenix leases were submitted during the week of April 28 to May 2, 2014

RETAIL - 1055 S ARIZONA AVE, CHANDLER, AZ
A lease for 5,029 square feet at San Tan North, located at 1055 S. Arizona Ave., Chandler, AZ to 2nd Wind Exercise Equipment, Inc., was recently completed. The Landlord is Pacific Capital Management. This will be the seventh location for 2nd Wind Exercise Equipment in the Phoenix metro area. Jake Ertle of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represents the Tenant. 2nd Wind is actively looking for additional sites in the Arizona market.

RETAIL - 7102 E BASELINE RD., MESA, AS
A lease for 1,680 square feet at 7102 E. Baseline Rd in Mesa, AZ to Arizona Wholesale Cleaners was recently consummated. The owner of the center is Superstition Springs, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme represented the owner on this transaction.

RETAIL - 13370 W VAN BUREN ST., GOODYEAR, AZ
A lease for approx. 1,630 square feet in Central Square Shopping Center to Thee Hair Shoppe was recently consummated. The location of the property is 13370 W. Van Buren St. in Goodyear, AZ. The owner of the center is Sabal Financial Group. Richard Mackay of Rein & Grossoehme represented the owner and the tenant.

RETAIL - 7102 E BASELINE RD., MESA, AZ
A lease for 1,500 square feet at 7102 E. Baseline Rd in Mesa, AZ to Pudgy Pup Dog Grooming was recently consummated. The owner of the center is Superstition Springs, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme represented the owner and tenant on this transaction.
