Velocity Retail Group’s Darren Pitts and Michael Clark represented tenant Mattress Firm in the lease of 4,000-square-feet at the northeast corner of Florence and the I-10 in Casa Grande, AZ. The new location is one of many new stores Mattress Firm plans to open throughout the Arizona market in 2015. The landlord, Evergreen Devco was represented by Mark Bramlett of Cassidy Turley.
RETAIL – 9617 N. METRO PKWY. W., PHOENIX, AZ.
Representing Paradise Bakery/Panera Bread, Velocity Retail Group brokered the 10-year lease of 4,000-square-feet at Metro Towne Center on the southwest corner of Peoria Road and 28th Avenue in Phoenix, AZ. The landlord, A & C Properties, was represented by Torrey Briegel of Phoenix Commercial Advisors.
RETAIL – 1290 N. COTTSDALE RD, TEMPE, AZ.
A lease for 2,236-square-feet at 1290 N. Scottsdale Road in Tempe, AZ to Beauty Lounge was recently consummated. The owner of the center is Rio Salado Center, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme represented the Tenant and the Landlord on this transaction.
RETAIL – SEC WARNER ROAD & 48th STREET, PHOENIZ, AZ
Andy Kroot of Velocity Retail represented Goodwill Industries of Central Arizona in leasing 2,200-square-feet at the southeast corner of Warner Road and 48th Street in Phoenix, AZ. The landlord was represented by Jennifer Eggert of Zell Commercial Real Estate. The new location will be a donation center.
RETAIL – 7333 W. THOMAS RD., PHOENIX, AZ.
Judi Butterworth of Velocity Retail Group and Paul Serafin of De Rito Partners represented the landlord at Desert Sky Festival, on the southeast corner of Thomas Road and 75th Avenue in Phoenix, AZ, in the lease of 1,740-square-feet to Liberty Tax Service.
RETAIL – 1290 N. COTTSDALE RD, TEMPE, AZ.
A lease for 1,384-square feet-at 1290 N. Scottsdale Road in Tempe, AZ to SUPaz Paddleboards was recently consummated. The owner of the center is Rio Salado Center, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme represented Landlord and Ian Toner of Vinson Realty represented the Tenant on this transaction.
