OFFICE – 4724 N. 24th ST., PHOENIX, AZ.
Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. has negotiated a lease on behalf of Premier Business Centers for its first opening of executive office suites in Arizona, located at Camelback Commons, 4742 N. 24th St. The company, which is headquartered in Irvine, CA, has signed a 10 year lease for 13,516-square-feet on the third floor of the building. The company plans to open its executive suites facility beginning in March, 2015. The Premier Business Center will include 53 executive suite office spaces, 2 meeting rooms, a day office, a kitchen, and a reception area. “We are excited to enter the Arizona marketplace and provide our services to the state’s growing business community,” says Jeff Reinstein, Chief Executive Officer of Premier Business Centers. “This is the first of several locations we plan to open in dynamic business corridors within the city.” “This particular building provides a great central location in the Camelback Corridor, which is very appealing to executives who operate small companies or are in an incubation phase of their businesses,” says Larry Downey, Vice Chairman of Cushman & Wakefield. RETAIL – SWC PRIEST DRIVE and ELLIOT ROAD, TEMPE, AZ.
Andy Kroot of Velocity Retail represented Goodwill Industries of Central Arizona in leasing 32,421-square-feet at the southwest corner of Priest Drive and Elliot Road in Tempe, AZ. The landlord was represented by Cliff Johnston of Cassidy Turley. The new location will be a full retail store.
INDUSTRIAL – 4750 S. 32ND ST., PHOENIX, AZ.
A lease for 8,720-square-feet to Kertiles West Coast, LLC was recently consummated. The location of the property is 4750 S. 32nd St., Suite 105 in Phoenix, AZ. The owner of the property is 32nd Street & Wier, LLC. Dan Casey of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the Owner and Stephen Cross of Cross Commercial Realty Advisors represented the Tenant.
RETAIL – NEC LOWER BUCKEYE and 99th AVE., TOLLESON, AZ.
Darren Pitts and Michael Clark of Velocity Retail represented Mattress Firm in the 5 year lease of 3,800-square-foot lease at the northeast corner of Lower Buckeye and 99th Avenue in Tolleson, AZ. The Landlord was represented by Jim Gardner of The Barclay Group.
RETAIL – KINGMAN FRONTIER PLAZA, KINGMAN, AZ.
Boyd’s Outlaw Sleep Centers will be occupying 3,600-square-feet at Kingman Frontier Plaza, located at the southeast corner of I-40 and Stockton Hill Road in Kingman, AZ. The landlord, Wadsworth Velocity Ventures Kingman, LLC, is a partnership with Wadsworth Development and Accelerated Development Services, an affiliate of Velocity Retail Group. Michael Clark and John Jackson of Velocity Retail Group represented the Landlord in the 10 year transaction.

A lease for 2,800-square-feet at 1912 E. Camelback Road in Phoenix between 2nd Wind Exercise Equipment and Pacific Camelback Inc. was recently completed. Jake Ertle of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the Tenant in the transaction.
RETAIL – 9744 W. NORTHERN AVE., PEORIA, AZ.
Velocity Retail Group’s John Jackson and Michael Clark represented landlord Park West located at the northwest corner of Northern Avenue and Loop 101 in Peoria, AZ in the lease of 2,460-square-feet to Blu Burger. The new location is scheduled to open in the first quarter of this year.
OFFICE – N. of NEC of 40th PLACE and CHANDLER BLVD., PHOENIX, AZ.
Larry Miller and John Jackson of Velocity Retail Group represented Edward Jones Investments in the lease of 1,625-square-feet north of the northeast corner of 40th Place and Chandler Boulevard in Phoenix, AZ. The landlord, HBA and Associates was represented by Dave Roger of The Upland Group. The lease will allow for the relocation of Edward Jones’ Ahwatukee office to this new space.
RETAIL – 16630 W. GREENWAY RD., SURPRISE, AZ.
John Jackson and Larry Miller of Velocity Retail Group represented the landlord at Greenway Crossings, on the northeast corner of Greenway Road and Loop 303 in Surprise, AZ, in the lease of 1,467-square-feet to Naked Pie.
RETAIL - NE CORNER OF ARIZONA AVE. & WARNER ROAD, CHANDLER, AZ
Velocity Retail Group’s Brian Gast represented the landlord at Chandler Mercado on the northeast corner of Warner Road and Arizona Avenue in Chandler, AZ, in the 7-year lease of 1,390 square feet to The Body Shop.
RETAIL – 13722 W. BELL RD., SURPRISE, AZ.
Sunrise Donuts leased 1,231-square-feet in the Surprise Towne Center located west of the southwest corner of Litchfield and Bell in Surprise, AZ. Sunrise Donuts has three other locations. Jim Edwards of R&G represented the owner and Tony Feiter of Avery Properties, LLC represented the tenant.
RETAIL – N. ALMA SCHOOL RD., and WARNER RD., CHANDLER, AZ.
Velocity Retail Group’s John Jackson, Larry Miller and Michael Clark negotiated a lease on behalf of Northstar Realty Finance at Sun Village Fair, located at the northeast corner of Warner road and Alma School in Chandler, AZ. The 1,130-square-foot space was leased by Liberty Tax in a 40 month least with options to extend. Liberty Tax was represented by Joe Hoye of GDC/RE.
RETAIL – 6611 – 6645 W. PEORIA AVE., GLENDALE, AZ.
