A lease for 4,500-square-feet within Pecan Grove Festival Shopping Center to MBI Industrial Medicine was recently consummated. The location of the property is 8820 S. Kyrene Road in Tempe, AZ. The owner of the center is Arizona Pecan Grove, LLC. This will be MBI’s corporate office. MBI currently operates 11 Urgent Cares in Arizona and expanding into the Gilbert and Peoria area in the very near future. The owner of the center is De Anza Properties, LLC. This will be MBI’s corporate office, MBI currently operates 11 Urgent Cares in Arizona and expanding into the Gilbert and Peoria area in the very near furture.
