Audiology Distribution, a subsidiary of Siemens AG, signed a lease to open their second Valley location at 1246 Greenfield Road in Mesa, Arizona. Arch Jeffery of De Rito Partners represented the landlord in completing the deal for a 1,176-square-foot space.
De Rito Partners’ agent Larry Zebe represented Greystone Title in relocating to the southwest corner of Alma School Road and Queen Creek Road in Chandler, Arizona. The lease is for a 1,800-square-foot space.
Martin Leon and Chris Corso of De Rito Partners represented the landlord in completing a 19,321-square-foot sub-lease in the Arrowhead trade area. Furniture Warehouse Factory Direct will be opening just east of the northeast corner of 83rd Avenue and Bell Road in Glendale, Arizona.
Pete Kelley’s Auto Service purchased a 4,700-square-foot building in North Phoenix, at the southwest corner of Central Avenue and Hatcher Road. Arch Jeffery of De Rito Partners represented the seller in completing the transaction.
Anytime Fitness is opening a new fitness center in the Shops at Gainey Ranch in Scottsdale, Arizona. De Rito Partners agents Steve Bonnell and John Palmieri represented the landlord in completing the lease for 4,952 square feet. The center is located just east of the northeast corner of Doubletree Ranch Road and Gainey Center Drive.
Gen2 Properties, LLC purchased the property at 8101 E. McDowell Road in Scottsdale, Arizona. Michael McWilliams of De Rito Partners represented the buyer in purchasing the building, which is located just east of the southeast corner of Hayden Road and McDowell Road.
De Rito Partners agent Marty Olejarczyk represented a future Ace Hardware owner in purchasing a 24,000-square-foot endcap at 43rd Avenue and Bell Road in Glendale, Arizona. The future Ace Hardware will be at 4240 W. Bell Road, and located next to a 55,000 square-foot, former Albertson’s.
Fantastic Sam’s signed a lease for to join Safeway at the Provinces, located at the northeast corner of McQueen Road and Ray Road in Chandler, Arizona. Gordon Heckaman and Carl Jones, Jr. of De Rito Partners represented the landlord in completing the deal for a 1,200-square-foot space.
Filiberto’s Mexican Food signed a lease for a 1,950-square-foot drive-thru at Parkway Village in Goodyear, Arizona. De Rito Partners’ agents Trevor Clinch and Justin Rihs represented the landlord in completing the lease at the southwest corner of Estrella Parkway and Roosevelt Street.
Club Tattoo completed a transaction to move their Scottsdale shop to the southeast corner of 5th Avenue and Winfield Scott Plaza in Scottsdale, Arizona. Chris Corso and Bill Bones of De Rito Partners represented the landlord in completing the lease for 2,202 square feet.
Big League Dugout 2 completed a deal to open their second Valley location at The Pavilions at Talking Stick, and just in time for spring training. Carl Jones, Jr. and Gordon Heckaman of De Rito Partners represented the landlord in completing the deal for a 3,080-square-foot space. The tenant will be joining the center located at Loop 101 and Indian Bend Road in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Steve Bonnell and Morey Fischel of De Rito Partners represented the seller in completing a deal to sell a 1.11-acre parcel just east of the southeast corner of Ellsworth Road and Maya Road in Queen Creek, Arizona. A Tunnel Carwash operator purchased the parcel.
Fred Loya Insurance completed a lease to open a new location at Buckhorn Plaza, located at the northeast corner of Recker Road and Main Street in Mesa, Arizona. De Rito Partners’ agents John Trujillo and Trevor Clinch represented the landlord in completing the lease for the 1,354-square-foot space.
Styles for Less is opening a new location next to Target at the Peoria Crossing Shopping Center in Peoria, Arizona. Paul Serafin of De Rito Partners represented the tenant in completing the transaction for a 4,000-square-foot space at the northeast corner of Loop 101 and Northern Avenue.
Allstate Insurance completed a deal to open a location just north of the northeast corner of Dynamite Boulevard and Tatum Boulevard in Cave Creek, Arizona. De Rito Partners’ agents Trevor Clinch and John Trujillo represented the landlord in completing the deal for 1,180 square feet.
Crossfit Queen Creek signed a lease to open a 3,336-square-foot location at Queen Creek Crossroads located at the southeast corner of Ellsworth Road and Rittenhouse Road in Queen Creek, Arizona. Robert McKnight and Chris Corso of De Rito Partners represented the landlord in completing the deal.
