India Gate has had other locations. Jim Edwards of Rein & Grossoehme represented the Owner and Justin Rihs of De Rito Partners represented the Tenant. Rein & Grossoehme specializes in the sale of investment properties and retail, office and industrial.
INDUSTRIAL – 15551 N. GREENWAY-HAYDEN LOOP, SCOTTSDALE
A lease for 3,320-square-feet in The District at the Airpark Center was recently signed with Vivri. The property is located at 15551 N. Greenway-Hayden Loop in Scottsdale, Arizona. The owner of the center is K2H Airpark Design, LLC. Jake Ertle of Rein & Grossoehme represented the Tenant and Jake Ertle and Steve Grossoehme of Rein & Grossoehme represented the Landlord.
RETAIL – 4041 E. THOMAS RD., PHOENIX
A retail lease for 3,150-square-feet within 40 Palms Arcadia at 4041 E. Thomas Road in Phoenix, AZ to Metta Yoga was recently consummated. The owner of the center is Arcadia Village Shops, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme represented the Landlord and Sharon Reeves with NAI Horizon represented the Tenant on this transaction.
