A lease for 6,300-square-feet at Greenway Village Square at SEC 35th Ave & Greenway Rd to Cloud Nine Hookah Lounge was recently consummated. The owner of the center is Southwestern Holdings, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme represented the Owner and tenant on this transaction and Mike Duffy of ESCEE Commercial represented the Tenant.
RETAIL – GASLIGHT SQUARE RETAIL
A lease for 5,000-square-feet at Gaslight Square Retail at 3645 E. Indian School to Sol CrossFit Gym was recently consummated. The owner of the center is Gaslight Square Retail, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme represented the owner on this transaction and Chris Hollenbeck of Cassidy Turley represented the tenant.
RETAIL – FOOTHILLS PARK PLACE SHOPPING CENTER
A lease for 4,332-square-feet at Foothills Park Place Shopping Center, located at the Northeast corner of 48th Street & Ray Road in Phoenix, AZ to 2nd Wind Exercise Equipment, Inc., was recently completed. The Landlord is Foothills Shopping Center LLC. This will be the eighth location for 2nd Wind Exercise Equipment in the Phoenix metro area.
