M Group Scenic Studios, Inc. specializes in large-scale national and international events. The landlord, Kent circle Investments, LLC was represented by Jim Keeley of Colliers International. M Group Studios, Inc. was represented by Troy Wuedring of Caliber Commercial Group.
RETAIL – 717 S HACIENDA DR, TEMP, AZ
A lease for 4,315-square-feet at Hacienda Auto Center – 717 S. Hacienda Dr. Tempe, AZ to Greasers Automotive was recently consummated. The owner of the center is MWM Associates, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme represented the owner and Tyler Lupton of Cutler Commercial represented the tenant on this transaction.
RETAIL – 13402 N CAVE CREEK RD, PHOENIX, AZ
A lease for 3,800-square-feet at 13402 N Cave Creek Road in Phoenix, AZ to Transmissions 4 Less was recently consummated. The owner of the center is MWM Property, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme represented the Tenant and the Landlord on this transaction.
RETAIL – 4301 N CIVIC PLAZA, SCOTTSDALE, AZ
A lease for 3,280-square-feet at 4301 N. Civic Center Plaza in Scottsdale, AZ to RSVP Lounge was recently consummated. The owner of the center is Civic Center Enterprises, LLC.
