
JLL Lease Establishes Arizona's First Tire’s Warehouse Distribution Center
The Phoenix office of JLL has completed an 83,000-square-foot lease that establishes well-known tire distributor Tire’s Warehouse Inc. (TWI) in its first-ever Arizona location and its only distribution center outside of California.
The new facility, which is located at 1502 E. Buckeye Rd. in Phoenix, brings TWI to seven distribution centers across the West, including one new center just opened in Northern California’s Union City. TWI is scheduled to open its Arizona location on Sept. 26, 2016. The distribution center will generate as many as 50 new jobs for the Valley within the first two years of operation.
JLL Associate Kyle Westfall and Executive Vice Presidents Pat Harlan and Steve Sayre represented TWI in the lease negotiations. The property landlord, Harrison Properties, represented itself.

With its new Phoenix location, TWI now operates a total of 600,000 square feet of space and 100 delivery trucks, serving dealers throughout California, Nevada and Arizona.

NAI Horizon negotiates long-term lease for Rosati’s Pizza in Avondale
NAI Horizon negotiated a long-term retail lease on behalf of the landlord, Alameda Venture LLC, for a Rosati’s Pizza at Alameda Crossing, 1729 E. Dysart Rd., Avondale, Ariz.
The NAI retail properties team of Senior Vice President Chris Gerow, Senior Vice President Shelby Tworek, Vice President Gabe Ortega, and Retail Specialist Patrick Anthon represented Alameda Venture LLC in the transaction totaling $1.062 million.
“We are excited to have a proven concept, like Rosati’s Pizza, join the tenant mix at Alameda crossing,” Gerow said. “Ty Brewster represented the tenant, and made the process seamless in getting the lease done.”
The tenant, DKAZ Holdings LLC, was represented by Ty Brewster of Keyser.
40 Palms Arcadia Village Shops in Phoenix Gain New Tenant
A retail lease for 1,200-square-feet within 40 Palms Arcadia Village at 4041 E. Thomas Road in Phoenix, AZ to Eyebrow Threading by Farideh was recently consummated. The owner of the center is Arcadia Village Shops, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme represented both the Tenant and the Landlord on this transaction.
