The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Phoenix Lease Report from Sept. 18 thru 22, 2017.

A lease for 2,990-square-feet in Gateview Park to Killer Burger, Inc. was recently consummated.  The location of the property is 6977 N Hayden Rd in Scottsdale, AZ.  The owner of the center is Hing Properties, Inc. Jake Ertle and Nic Chavira of Rein & Grossoehme represented the owner and Jami Savage and Todd Folger of CBRE represented the tenant.

RETAIL – 7102 E BASELINE RD., MESA
A lease for 2,930-square-feet to Rebel MMA & Boxing was recently consummated at Superstition Springs Shops.  The location of the property is 7102 E. Baseline Road, in Mesa, AZ.  The owner of the center is Superstition Springs, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme CRE represented both the Tenant and the Owner on this transaction.

A lease for 1,500-square-feet to Fuzzy Paws Dog Grooming was recently consummated at Superstition Springs Shops.  The location of the property is 7102 E. Baseline Road, in Mesa, AZ.  The owner of the center is Superstition Springs, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme CRE represented both the Tenant and the Owner on this transaction.

A lease for 1,375-square-feet in The Palms Shopping Center to E.T. Nails was recently consummated.  The location of the property is 15620 N 35^th Ave in Phoenix, AZ.  Nic Chavira of Rein & Grossoehme represented the owner and the tenant.

A lease for 1,200-square-feet in The Palms Shopping Center to RCM Tax Service was recently consummated.  The location of the property is 15610 N 35^th Avenue in Phoenix, AZ.  Nic Chavira of Rein & Grossoehme represented the owner and the tenant.

A lease for 840-square-feet in The Palms Shopping Center to J and J Global Services was recently consummated.  The location of the property is 6610 N 47^th Avenue in Glendale, AZ.  Nic Chavira of Rein & Grossoehme represented the owner and the tenant.
