Piñon Lofts, 10 Piñon Drive, Sedona, AZ

PHOENIX, ARIZ. – A much-needed multi-family residential housing community is coming to Sedona, Arizona, with the opening of Piñon Lofts Apartments.

Piñon Lofts will offer 45 new Energy Star certified apartment homes in four different floor plans consisting of one- and two-bedroom apartments. Keith Holben, President of MK Company Inc., owner of Piñon Lofts, had the environment in mind when developing this community.

“These are the highest standard Energy Star certified apartments,” Holben said. “We wanted to be better stewards to the environment and have energy efficiency for our residents.”

Piñon Lofts, 10 Piñon Drive, will welcome residents the beginning of June. The community features Energy Star® appliances, quartz countertops, full-size washers and dryers in most units, wood-inspired flooring, double-pane windows, extra insulation, super-efficient heating and cooling, ceiling fans and water-saving fixtures.

MEB Management Services, AMO®, has been selected as the property management firm for Piñon Lofts.

“Our team couldn’t be prouder to represent such an important addition to the Sedona area,” said Susan Kauffman, Director of Strategic Relationships for MEB. “Mr. Holben built these apartments for the workforce in this area. This is their apartment community.”

In addition to the energy efficiency, Piñon Lofts will be the first community to offer high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi set up for the residents the day they move in.

“These apartments are relevant today for the way people watch TV, stream content, work from home and browse the internet,” Holben said. “A true gamechanger for the residents that will live here.”

Piñon Lofts also offers a pet area, pool area with BBQ grills, covered parking, limited garage spaces, storage units designed for residents, secure package delivery boxes, privacy and spectacular views.

The $11 million community totals 43,260-square-feet and sits on 2.26 acres. It is being developed by Pinon-Lofts, LLC of Scottsdale.

The construction team includes BFL Construction Company/Hope Construction; BMA Architecture (Brian Andersen); and major subcontractors Kuhl’s Electric of Phoenix; SOLLiD Cabinetry of Tempe, AZ; and Rocky Construction of Camp Verde, Arizona.
