Tucson, Arizona, (May 30, 2023) – Joseph Pongratz purchased a northwest office condominium in La Cholla Medical Park at 5880 N La Cholla Blvd. in Tucson for $930,000 ($214 PSF). The 4,345-square-foot office was built in 2003 and occupied by the seller, Brad J. Barnett, MD.
The buyer purchased it for expansion by Pongratz Orthotics & Prosthetics, Inc., an orthotics and prosthetics company established by Joseph S. Pongratz in 1997. With full-purpose facilities in Phoenix, Chandler, Avondale, Sun City, Gilbert, and Tucson, Pongratz Orthotics & Prosthetics provides complete orthotic and prosthetic care, including pediatric, soft goods, mastectomy, cranial banding, and specialized burn care services.
Dean Cotlow of the Cotlow Company represented the seller and Julian Willetts with Re/Max Excalibur represented the buyer.
The asset closed on May 3, 2023.
